SERVICE 03 / RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Ship in weeks, not quarters.

Enterprise IT cycles take 18 months from brief to production. By then the requirement has changed. We build production software on compressed timelines — internal tools, customer-facing apps, integrations, multi-surface platforms — using the same team and same discipline that builds our own AI products.

THE PROCESS

Seven weeks. Four phases.

Week 0

Scoping workshop

1–3 day workshop with your team. Output: a fixed scope, a fixed price, a fixed date.

Week 1

Working prototype

A real, clickable prototype in your hands within seven days. Wireframes are not prototypes.

Weeks 2–6

Production build

Full build in compressed cycles. Bi-weekly demos. You see the product grow on a known cadence.

Week 7

Handover

Documentation, source, training, and a 30-day bugfix window. Your team owns it from day 31.

FROM THE STUDIO

Selected work. Each one shipped.

PROJECT 02

A location-based deals discovery platform

A dual-interface platform connecting customers with local deals. The customer app surfaces nearby offers on an interactive map, supports QR redemption, saves favourites, and offers text, voice, and AI-powered search. The vendor dashboard manages deals, tracks analytics, and handles multiple outlets. Originally a three-app Vite + React monorepo, consolidated into a single Next.js App Router build with marketing, deals app, and persona-based login under one roof.

SURFACES
  • Customer map app
  • Vendor dashboard
  • Marketing site
  • Admin console
PROJECT 03

LearnX — flashcard content factory + LMS

An end-to-end flashcard learning platform with three first-class surfaces: a content factory where authors, reviewers and content managers create and approve educational flashcards through a multi-role workflow; an LMS where learners consume content; and a superadmin console for org and persona management. Multi-tenant by design — every consumer user belongs to at least one organisation, with persona-based roles. FastAPI backends, Next.js + shadcn + Tailwind frontends, MongoDB, JWT auth, batch uploads, CSV exports, LMS bridge for content import/export.

SURFACES
  • Content factory (review + approval)
  • Learner LMS
  • Superadmin console
  • Multi-tenant org system

FAQ

IP, scope, handover. Answered.

Who owns the IP?+
You do, fully. Source, design, documentation — all transferred to you on handover. No license, no royalty, no recurring fee.
What if scope changes mid-project?+
We charge a defined sprint price. If you want to add scope, we add a sprint. No T&M billing, no scope-creep invoicing.
Do you maintain the code after handover?+
Optional. We offer a managed support contract month-to-month if you want one. Most clients run it themselves after the initial handover and call us back when they need new features.
How is this different from a traditional agency?+
Agencies optimise for billable hours. We optimise for shipping. Same team that builds our own products builds for yours, and we use the same tooling, same code patterns, same operational discipline.

Have a brief?
Let's scope it.

Send us a one-page outline and we'll come back with a fixed scope and price within a week.
