What does the workshop actually cover?+

Five days, on-site or hybrid. Day 1: we sit with your operators and watch the actual workflow. Day 2: we map it. Day 3: we identify the three to five places AI adds real signal. Day 4: we estimate build effort and ROI for each. Day 5: written recommendation, scoped to a fixed price for the build phase.

On-prem LLMs or cloud LLMs?+

Your call. We work with both. For data-sensitive workloads (healthcare, legal, government, compliance), we recommend on-prem inference — and our RootServe infrastructure is purpose-built for it. For exploratory or non-sensitive use cases, frontier models via API are usually faster and cheaper. We help you choose, then build accordingly.

How do you measure ROI?+

Before we build anything, we agree on a measurable baseline (hours, dollars, error rates, throughput). Post-deployment, we run the same measurement for 30 days and report. If we cannot find a measurable improvement, we say so honestly — we are not in the business of selling theatre.

What about training our team?+

Always included. Handover includes documentation, runbooks, and a working session with your engineers so they own the system after we leave.

Privacy and data handling?+

Standard NDA. For regulated industries, we sign DPAs and can deploy entirely within your network or on RootServe-dedicated hardware so no data ever leaves Indian soil.
