Job Description
At NG-NeXT Tech, we’re seeking qualified Chief Sales Officers to help us achieve and exceed the target sale for NG-NeXT Tech by developing and implementing the sales strategy and actively driving the same. The candidate should have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. The Chief Sales Officer will understand the sales process well, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Often tasked with giving presentations to the top management of potential clients, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that the candidate be personable and professional. The ideal candidate should have a great existing network at the c-suite level (preferably CHROs) across numerous organizations. 

CTC - INR 75 Lakhs to INR 1.5 Crores

Objectives of this Role

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Develop and implement action plan, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field

Responsibilities

  • Create a high-performing sales team
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability
  • Lead the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and collective goals
  • Set performance goals and metrics, track and analyze sales data, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Work closely with other executives to develop and execute the overall business strategy
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets to expand the organization's sales footprint
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ensure sales operations are efficient and effective, including sales processes, tools, and technology
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for sales operations
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums
